He has over 25 years’ experience as General Manager in over 10 properties worldwide, including managing operations at the prestigious Arc 1950 and Flaine Montsoleil ski villages, and the development of St. Emilion Resort in France. His extensive track record includes assignments as General Manager at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts in New Caledonia, Guyana and London, the Bristol Hotel in Warsaw, and the Golden Tulip Farah in Casablanca for Louvres Hotels.

Francois is responsible for supporting GCP Hospitality acquisitions, new business model developments and asset management for the Group.
A master graduate from prestigious ESSCA Business School in France, Francois has gathered extensive experience in all aspects of Finance with strong knowledge in asset management, financial analysis, cost control and credit risk.
Prior to joining GCP Hospitality, Francois held the Assistant Financial Controller position at Michelin Thailand and Credit Risk Analyst at Total France Refining & Marketing.
Simon, a dual Australian/British citizen, has over 13 years of experience in the Learning and Development (L&D) field in Hospitality, Finance and Telecommunications specifically within the Asia Pacific region.
Simon has an MBA from the University of New England, a Master’s of Learning and Development from the University of Southern Queensland, as well as a B.A. (Asian Studies) HONS from the University of New South Wales.
Prior to joining GCP Hospitality, Simon was the Group Director of L&D at Park Hotel Group, as well as Head of the Singapore Institute of Hospitality.
